In 2003, the Brady family purchased land in Delaware and started Stag Run Farm LLC, planting its initial apple trees and asparagus fields. Today, the Brady's merge traditional agricultural methods with modern farming to tend the land and grow local produce.

In 2021, the Brady family decided to create a cider company called Rotten Apples Cider Company LLC and press their own apples into small batches of cider. This initiative focuses on food waste prevention and sustainability.
